I'm a fan of the first two (the birthday graphic and 20years) because of the flatness, as others have already noted. However, I'm not a fan of the font in the "20 years strong". It feels unrelated to the general style guide. And the balloons coming off the y in the first graphic seems a little forced in practice though the idea is clever.

I'd be happy to help iterate new versions and be involved if there was a conversation on how to move forward.
