Does your vendor want the color in a specific format? the hexadecimal color code is #4a86cf. That said my guess is that your vendor has a limited range of colors available.

We went for green because it's supposed to be the Foundation colour. I
think blue is used to represent the project usually. It also didn't
make sense to have a blue stand next to another blue stand (KDE).
