GUADEC dates announcement

Hello
We have announced the GUADEC dates in a couple of places (twitter,
foundation-announce@ and my personal blog). Can someone help out with
also posting the announcement to news.gnome.org, to Google+ and any
other normal GNOME communication channels?

We are also going to do promotion further afield but I think we want
to think about the message and content of that a bit more before we
start doing it.
