this week's meeting

so I don't think a lot of you have gone to the doodle.  Can you guys
update so that I can actually get an actual meeting time that we can
all agree on to participate?

I would like ot talk abou:

1) Media plan for GNOME 3.14 release, we did not finish that last week
     * Feedback on video - what else needs to go in?
     * Media strategy on asking for feedback on 3.15.90 image
2) 2015 annual report (we did not finish last week)
3) GNOME 3.14's notification system has a number of things that might
be perceived as regressions and it will be important to talk about
them.  I'd like to plan a media strategy - maybe talk about how we can
use our current channels to deal with these instead of going into
threads - e.g. let's move from being reactive but instead work towards
having things in place that would set expectations ahead of time)
4) t-shirts designis - what other ideas and what makes them tricky?
5) How was Builder talk received at Scale (Christian?)
6) Growing the team, how do we reach out outside our comfort area (tech)

I can keep our list going. :-)  I would like to spend some time every
2-3 weeks to talk about our website requirements so that when we get
to GUADEC, we have something to talk about and fleshed out and we can
start hacking on it right away.
