I have completed the first draft. I would appreciate if someone can help edit.

Also, we would need to integrate any of the quotes that we have
obtained as well. I have mailed Jordi Mallach for a quote from the
Debian team, so hopefully we can add that as the list. Jordi seemed
positive in giving me a quote.
