solutions for phone meeting

Karen tells me that we don't have an option to do phone meetings or
voice meetings.  Anybody have some suggestions on alternatives?  I
would really prefer if we can do audio meetings as it's just really
nice to communicate this way.  We get more done, and it's a lot more
fun.

What do people think?
