See my post for Ekiga (no account needed actually, just ignore that part
of the wizard). I also managed with CSipSimple on Android. For the
latter:
 - create an ekiga.net account
 - add the account to the app
 - enter the sip address (the one that looks like an email address)
 - once connected, enter the PIN

CSipSimple is GPL.
