Thank you for the fast response, I have already read these, but I can't figure out the meaning.

First of all I don't use the original Gnome Logo

 but even if I had used it, what the above means?

We don't mind that much if we can't use it, but it would be nice if we could :)

I post on this mailing list because I have asked the same question on Peters, that she is admin on Marketing ML and I'm sure she can answer me with a yes or no :)
