I fear that too much text might make people lose interest in the t-shirt
and potential question+conversation and "developing world [children]" is
an euphemism I'd rather avoid.
I agree with Diego about avoiding "developing"
My take is this:
GNOME powers SugarLabs and OLPC's efforts to give children all around
the world a new approach to learn [maybe something more here]
a) and transform their lives
b) and transform their worlds
c) through technology
d) through exploration and collaboration

Reading text in t-shirts is too difficult. So, why not make it the
smallest possible?
