Big Blue Button works for broadcast & desktop sharing. If you want
multi-way video chat, then I don't know of any (good) possibilities,
proprietary or free.


Why not Fluendo?  That is more of a one way thing, but it might work.  You'll have to ask a fluendo person regarding it.  You could also talk to the Telepathy devs on whether they have something that is stable that might do that.
