Amazon referrals firefox extension for GNOME

Hi,

I picked up the task from http://live.gnome.org/GnomeMarketing/Tasks
that wants to make a copy of iheartmiro http://www.iheartmiro.org/
It's mostly ready and I called the extension: friendofgnome

What I'm missing are the affiliate ID's for all the different regions
(.com, .co.uk, ca, .fr, .de, .co.jp).

Can you set up these accounts and id's? Once you have setup the
accounts you can add extra id's to it. I suggest you use
friendofgnome.
