R would be appropriate, as it is a US-registered mark.

Legally-speaking, once we've registered it, as long as we defend it,
it doesn't matter if we've given them 'hints'- it is their
responsibility to do the research before reusing.

I'm generally in favor of using tm/r, but not on the front of a
t-shirt in very large prints. The point of the shirt is to be pretty,
not legally correct :)
