So - provocative question of the day - what are the problems which our
target audiences have with their computer infrastructure (that is, ISDs,
hobbyists, public administrations)? And what did GNOME 2.18 do to
address those problems? How about GNOME 2.20? Do we have a concrete idea
of the things that need to be made easier?

* I am an IT manager at a school and GNOME's management features allowed
me to setup and maintain a developer lab
* I am a tech-resource at an NGO and GNOME's set of applications allowed
us to roll a custom distribution for our target work
* I am a home desktop user and GNOME allows me to read mails from my
children and chat with them, I wish I could also see them
* I am a freelance developer and the GNOME LiveCD allows me to load my
prototype applications to show to prospects
* I am a writer and the GNOME desktop allows me to use it for my daily
work in my local language
* I am a trader and I use GNOME on my laptop but currently I have to do
a lot of stuff to get working from within a proxy and without, perhaps
GNOME in future will come up with a tool for helping me do that easily
* I am a lover of gadgets and I use Nokia N800, perhaps in future a
large number of devices would be using GNOME
* I am an OEM and would love to understand how I can preload GNOME
desktop and make a business out of it
* I am in the publishing industry and currently I cannot use GNOME for
my daily work
