I'm UTC-5.  Best times for me are between UTC 23:00 and 06:00.
I can go much earlier on weekends, as early as maybe 17:00, but
those times are crap for Davyd.

Unfortunately, my best times are the worst in Europe.  Here's
my rough guide to timezones:

              US      EU      AU
00:00-08:00   free    sleep   work
08:00-16:00   sleep   work    free
16:00-00:00   work    free    sleep

The world is tough, ain't it?
