Branding style guide

Hi all,

I was talking to Steven Garrity and Mairin Duffy about the style guide
we hope to get drafted, and Steven said that he didn't really have time
to work on it, but that he would clear it with Mozilla that we could
reuse parts of the Mozilla style guide. Mairin, who has already worked
on a style guide in college (which I thought was great) has agreed to
take on this giant task.
