[Ekiga-list] Ekiga vs Ms Teams?

Hi Folks.

New to this "list", is it like a "Forum"?

 I do have a question, can' t find answer.

If I use the Ekiga in my Liunx computer, can I have video-meeting with people using the Ms Teams program?

Not so familier to all those 3 letters things like VoIP and other, protocols and all stuff, just want to click  and get contact to see the others on the video-meeting-conference.
