Hi
Can you please explain this in detail??
And what will b the reason for this issue?? Other than network issues will there be any other reason that leads to this issue??
Regards
Reshmi
Hi,The network is key to VOIP and video, and it uses UDP not TCP, so often everything besides media behaves itself as TCP hides the network problems. use iperf to test both ways to ensure the network is stable.Kevin WilsonOn Thu, Jul 31, 2014 at 11:52 AM, reshmi sasidharan <reshukonat gmail com> wrote:Hii
I changed the Video codecs settings and now I am able to do video call between my Intel PC with Ubuntu 12.04 and ARM device with Ubuntu 11.10.
But another issue came up. When I am using same wifi network for both the systems I am not getting Remote videos at both the ends.
The softphone should work irrespective of the network..right?
Please reply me if there are some settings that I have to take care of.
Regards,
Reshmi.

Hi
I have a intel ubuntu 12.04 pc and freescale board with ubuntu 11.10. Both
of them is having ekiga 4 installed in them
When I tried to establish a video call from my pc to freescale board I am
not getting the remote videos at both the ends. At both
the ends I am getting only local videos.
Whereas, videocall is established correctly when I am trying to call from
my freescale board to intel pc.
Note that both the devices are having two different ubuntu versions.
