[Ekiga-list] V4.0.1 No local video seen

I installed version 4.0.1 on Windows7 x64. I have full admin privileges on the box.
When I click on the icon to 'display images from your camera device' no video is displayed only the gray upper body 3d rendering.
The camera is a Logitech C920
Drivers are installed software is not running.
Any clues to getting the camera to work would be great.
