[Ekiga-list] Ekiga process is still running

I am running Ekiga 4.0 on Windows 7.

I have a problem.
When I start and then quit Ekiga, the process is left running. I am quitting rather than closing and the program seems to terminate but in task manager the process is still running and I have to terminate it manually.
What am I doing wrong?
