Indeed, the log is ok now.
Unfortunately, I cannot help you. Your problem is that in both cases
the firewall changes packets. Moreover, your NAT is a symmetric one,
which poses challanges to VoIP programs. You have to configure the
firewall/router not to change SIP packets.
The only other solution I see is that you give me a log with ekiga 3.2.7
where registration worked, for comparision purposes.

Are you sure that in the second case you have %limit in your account
name? Rename account to %limit..., quit ekiga and restart it and give
the log...
