[Ekiga-list] ver 4 with Ubuntu?

How do I download ver 4? I have wanted to do so for awhile now, because ver 4 fixes a known problem I have.

But, the software center only offers a ver 3.x, and nothing more.

I'd like to get ekiga installed (working) and skype uninstalled::>
