The problem is that on Windows gtk 2.24 introduces a critical bug, so I 
was forced to go back to gtk 2.22, cf. 
https://git.gnome.org/browse/ekiga/commit/?id=4bbb483e9fa9040ec...  I 
will look into it more thoroughly.
