Has ekiga 3.2 worked always, I mean for registering AND calling/being 
called?  You are behind a symmetric nat, which is difficult to bypass by 
ekiga.

You can try using http://eugen.dedu.free.fr/m.exe until this issue is 
somewhat solved.
