On two different occasions, I sent a message with attached
logs.  Each time, I received a reply that it was being held
for moderator approval.  Neither message ended up making it
to the list, and that was months ago.  I gave up and now use
different software for video chat.

You might try compressing your log file to see if that will
get it under the limit.
