Well, install ptlib and opal development packages, get ekiga 3.2.6 
sources and compile it and execute it.  Once it works, I will tell you 
where to add a few lines of code (function message_activated_cb in 
lib/engine/gui/gtk-frontend/chat-area.cpp).

If you run into troubles, it is better to wait until we check it 
ourselves...
