Another problem.

$ PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/lib/pkgconfig ./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-FEATURE  stops with:

checking for LIBAVCODEC... yes
checking filename of libavcodec library... libavcodec.so.52
configure: libavcodec stack align hack disabled
checking libavcodec/avcodec.h usability... no
checking libavcodec/avcodec.h presence... no
checking for libavcodec/avcodec.h... no
checking ffmpeg/avcodec.h usability... no
checking ffmpeg/avcodec.h presence... no
checking for ffmpeg/avcodec.h... no
configure: error: Cannot find libavcodec header file
configure: error: ./configure failed for plugins

 ffmpeg-devel are installed. And:

$ locate avcodec.h
/usr/include/ffmpeg/libavcodec/avcodec.h
/usr/include/ffmpeg/libavfilter/avcodec.h
/var/cache/abrt-di/usr/src/debug/pulseaudio-0.9.22/src/pulsecore/ffmpeg/avcodec.h
