Sorry to reply so late.

I am working slowly to get it working.  For now, it compiles, it 
installs and exits cleanly, cf. 
http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Building_Ekiga_for_Windows.  I need to 
make tests for communications.

The only major issue which made that it is no longer downloadable is non 
reproducible on my machine, so I cannot fix it.
