You're right, you need ekiga 3.2.1 or 2,3,4.

Until fixed, get it from 
http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Download_Ekiga_sources instead.

3.2.4 not tagged: it was an error, having forgot do to that.  Does 
anyone know how to add a tag for a previous commit in git?
