As I mentioned in my previous e-mail, there are several providers so
it makes sense
to compare prices based on the countries you are planning to make phonecalls to.
All provider in the following page belong to the same company
(Betamax), so their
business plan is to float new providers with slightly different price
structures.

Normally one would opt for a provider that gives you the most
'Freedays' (typically 120),
has cheap rates for landlines and mobiles, may offer free or cheap SMS
messages (can send from the website),
has VoipIn telephone numbers (works with Ekiga ;-)), but most
importantly it must support SIP.

You mentioned above Iran. According to the comparison page, there are
other providers that are cheaper than JustVoip.
