If Ekiga for Windows is being built with mingw, then they need to add 
"-mwindows" to have it output a Windows application instead of a Console 
application. This is a two second Makefile and recompile. I'm not sure 
why they didn't compile it this way.

If they are not using mingw... then I guess they are on their own.
