[Ekiga-list] Ekiga website: Where is the Windows version?

Recently we discussed the Ekiga website, in particular with regard to
Windows users:

I would like to move my extended family's usage of Skype to Ekiga, and
many have expressed interest, however the Ekiga website no longer
lists a Windows version. This and several other issues (most mentioned
in the previous thread) will prevent me even introducing them to
Ekiga. I plan on testing Ekiga in a Windows VM and filing bugs and
feature requests soon, but I will wait to have a Windows version
available first to be sure that I am filing bugs on the right version.
Please get the Windows link up. Thanks.
