[Ekiga-list] No sound

I have installed Ekiga 3 following instructions en
https://launchpad.net/~sevmek/+archive

I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 and have a local network with a Zyxel P-320" router.

At Ekiga startup I receive a messagebox telling me that Ekiga could't
configure the network automatically.

I can send text messages to myself but calling 500 ekiga net I can't
hear anything.

Any hint what I can do is welcome.
