If you want your application/platform to be eagerly tested, please prepare
a _statically_ linked Linux binary that can be put into any directory and
run from there.

Then people won't have to wait for community packages/their new release of
their favorite distro.

This is what Skype does for Linux, this is why portable applications for
Windows exist.
