I've just tested it, and I have the same problems, the download freezes.
But after 5 cancel and restart I got the download until the end.
As for the credit card number, this seems quite extraordinary.
May be someone is hacking the website (to put a credit card number
request),but I think the server just has some temporary difficulties.
Just try and retry the download, at the end it will work.
