[Ekiga-list] land line users barely hear me

hello all,

using 500 ekiga net and Configuration Assistant, the
audio tests work fine.  but people at the end of land
lines hear me at VERY low volume.  and my voice often
breaks up frequently.  it's practically useless.  i
hear them just fine, however.

my network bandwidth is fast enough(10mb down/1.5mb up).

i don't know how well ekiga<->ekiga works since i don't
know anyone who has it.

this is version 2.0.11 on Fedora 7.
