[Ekiga-list] Calling Cuba

I have e-mailed Diamond on this, but their reply didn't solve my problem.  I 
hope that someone on the list can.

When I dial Cuba from Canada on my normal phone via LD, I dial:
011-537-123-4567 (for example).

So I set Ekiga on Suse via Diamond (using their instruction with the account 
activation) to dial 00-537-123-4567.  The result was connection to a 
French-speaking number, definitely not Spanish nor Cuba.

I e-mailed Diamond and they said to drop the leading (two zeroes), which work 
fine for Spain BTW.  That left 537-123-4567 as the dial string (plus the 
diamond appendage string).  Didn't work either.

Any suggestions as to the string needed?  TIA.
