As advertised on the relevant wiki page at :

the open ports you need are :
for SIP: 5000-5100/UDP with listen port 5060
and
for H323: 1720/tcp and 5000-5100/UDP (30000-30010 are only needed if you
want to talk with users using the OLD and DEPRECATED Netmeeting on MS
Windows)
