Sure, Ekiga 2.0.3 is an antiquity. There were 6 releases since Ekiga
2.0.3, all of them with interoperability fixes.

I would even suggest you using the CVS snapshots :
http://snapshots.seconix.com

(they contain even more fixes which will be released as Ekiga 2.0.10
soon).
