Ekiga,

I use Lubuntu 14.04 (lxde, openbox). Ihave installed Ekiga softphone 4.0.1-4 via synaptic package manager(first I
updated my system, checked ekiga, ekiga-dbg and sound-theme-freedesktop). I then start the software, get a
"Ekiga did not manage to set you network settings... Dialog box with a 'do not enter' traffic sign, and then
it crashes (all within 7 seconds). I uninstall and then reinstall. Same response.

My system info:
a a-NC210-NC110:/etc/apt/sources.list.d$ uname -a
Linux a-NC210-NC110 3.13.0-53-generic #89-Ubuntu SMP Wed May 20 10:34:28 UTC 2015 i686 i686 i686 GNU/Linux

When I enter in 'gdb ekiga' I get the following results:
a a-NC210-NC110:/$ gdb ekiga

(gdb)
[1]+ Stopped gdb ekiga

The only reason I quit and stop gdb is because it is at that point the command causes the terminal to just
'hang'

I do not understand. At (gdb) prompt, you must write run. Cannot you do it? This is shown at http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Debugging_Ekiga#How_to_get_a_stack_backtrace_from_a_crash_or_freeze.
