The trouble is that 3.10 package for win32 from
http://win32builder.gnome.org/ is not well packaged.
gtk+-3.0.pc is missing for example. Package for win64 seems to have all
files.
Hm, we are in bad shape then...
Could you contact people creating gtk 3.10 for windows and tell them
about the .pc error?
I think Tarnyko is the maintainer. I send a message.
