I've extracted from the win32/Makefile a shell script which does the
same job: copy of the icons to $EKIGA_PREFIX/share/icons/hicolor/gnome/
(attached);
but even with the icon files in place they do not show up in ekiga, for
example this one:
$ find /usr/local/share/icons/hicolor/ | fgrep input-dialpad
/usr/local/share/icons/hicolor/gnome/16x16/input-dialpad.png
/usr/local/share/icons/hicolor/gnome/22x22/input-dialpad.png
/usr/local/share/icons/hicolor/gnome/24x24/input-dialpad.png
/usr/local/share/icons/hicolor/gnome/256x256/input-dialpad.png
/usr/local/share/icons/hicolor/gnome/32x32/input-dialpad.png
/usr/local/share/icons/hicolor/gnome/48x48/input-dialpad.png
is not presented in the menu
