[Ekiga-devel-list] Recent changes to the opal code

Hi,

the recent changes to the opal code :

- have removed the crash-on-exit ;

- made sure no Ekiga::Service is leaked on exit.

This code is still in need of restructuring in various places, but at 
least it should work well enough.

I'll wait a few days for feedback before I start another round of cleaning.
