I had errors. libs are missings. Need to be added in Makefile with
other libpang*.dll.
Note that I have not yet tested calls, just that it starts.

/I copied ..../dist/Ekiga/share/glib-2.0 directory to my win7 PC
(c:\Program\ekiga\share).
