I have updated the FreeBSD ports tree to SVN head and have added as well
the gnome-icon-theme 3.4.0; now ekiga can be configured and compiled,
but linkage fails with:

Please let me know if you need more info about the configure or compile
process.

Opal and ptlib are from SVN as described in the Wiki.
