Yes, the problem is that libswscale is not available anymore on their 
svn server.  As they moved to git and libswscale had in the past a 
different treatment, the simplest solution is that I send you the 
libswscale directory, sorry for this rude solution.

Download it from http://eugen.dedu.free.fr/libswscale.tgz, afterwards:
- cd src/ffmpeg
- tar zxf libswscale.tgz
- and run make again
