I have seen this bug in the past, I do not know what triggers it.
I propose you to use the latest ekiga/opal/ptlib code, see
http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Download_Ekiga_sources (choose
master/trunk), there should be minor modifications, if any, and come
back to us if the problem is still there.
