Dear Eugen ,
Thank you for the reply , your messages are always helpful . My scenario is like this I have Installed OS in Finnish Language and then i install Ekiga , but when i run Ekiga the main GUI language of Ekiga was not in Finnish but it was in English . I went to GetText manual and assign the values to variables like "Language" and "LANG" to "fi_FI" and then relaunch the ekiga but again no language was changed .
Can you help me in that ? I am using Windows 7 .
Many Thanks
Bye
Ahmed

Hi
I want to know the default language file which ekiga take for display
Language . Can anybody tell me the folder name i know it is in the "locale"
Folder but dont know which folder file is taken as a default language . Note
my default language of OS is English .
Ahmed, this is not ekiga-specific. Ekiga uses gnu gettext for translations.
The default language should be like this: the OS language is taken, afterwards the locale file for the same language is used for ekiga.
You can search on Internet for gettext and using a specific language (locale).
Hope this helps,

Eugen
