No. This:
ACLOCAL_FLAGS="$ACLOCAL_FLAGS -I /usr/share/aclocal -I /usr/local/share/aclocal" ...
was my 1st idea too; but 'aclocal' is complaining and stopping because
it can't see the include dir /usr/share/aclocal; use by patch as it is
:-)
maybe with a comment;
