I found  a bug in PDU message which cause h323 hardware devices flaky
Onincomingcalls. 
I added a statement 
info.IncludeOptionalField(H225_EndpointType::e_nonStandardData);
in the line 147  of  h323ep.cxx of Revision 24442 (Opal-3.8.3).  The
Opal-3.6.8 also need this fix.
The Sorenson VP-200 video phone and the I2eye DVC1000 operates very well
with Ekiga with this fix.
