Hi all,
I am using cent os for cross compilaton so for this i have already installed glibc-devel package but problem remains same , i think the problem is in the PATH for i586-pc-mingw32-gcc because whatever the path config.log file shows that path has not i586-pc-mingw32-gcc installed. i586-pc-mingw32-gcc is in different path so Can you tell me that in which file i have to make changes for the path in /root/rohit//expat-2.0.1/ package .
thanks,
rohit

Hi all,
I am trying to compile ekiga for windows but has the following
error :
[root nsg-static-211 ekiga]# make RELEASE=0
............................
............................
.............................
cd /root/rohit/ekiga/expat-2.0.1; ./configure --prefix=/root/rohit/ekiga
--build= --host="i586-pc-mingw32"
configure: WARNING: If you wanted to set the --build type, don't use --host.
If a cross compiler is detected then cross compile mode will be used.
checking build system type... i686-pc-linux-gnu
checking host system type... i586-pc-mingw32
checking for i586-pc-mingw32-gcc... i586-pc-mingw32-gcc -mms-bitfields
checking for C compiler default output file name... configure: error: C
compiler cannot create executables
but i have already gcc version 4.1.2 installed.
And when use the following i get the error:
[root nsg-static-211 ekiga]# make
make: *** No rule to make target `/root/rohit/ekiga/src/ekiga-3.2.7.tar.gz',
needed by `/root/rohit/ekiga/ekiga-3.2.7/configure'. Stop.
please give any solution.
thanks in advance,
rohit
